Withdrawal delayed for 4 weeks

First of all let me emphasize that I've liked this casino so far. I've been playing there for more than 5 months, everything went very smoothly, no issues with deposits or withdrawals at all. It's worth mentioning I've made 13 successful withdrawals so far. Not one withdrawal has taken longer than 5 days, some have hit my eWallet within 1 day. Unfortunately my last withdrawal has been 4 weeks ago and is still pending. The support has let me know that the withdrawal was "under review" but assured me that it won't take longer than a month. So a month is over but the review is yet to be finished.

This is the point where I've started to worry a bit. I have a balance of 11,410.75 EUR on my account and a pending withdrawal of 500 EUR which makes it almost 12k in total.

Thus I would like to ask for an official statement from the book on this issue. What exactly is under review? Why does the review process take longer than you've promised? When will you finally process the withdrawal?

Today they closed my account and confiscated my funds. The live chat said: "The account was closed, due to irregularities in sports betting, advantageous and dishonest bets, the last withdrawal will be processed and no more" I asked them to specify what they mean by that but they didn't answer.

@AskGamblers: Shall I file a new complaint or will you edit the amount from 500 to 12,000 EUR?

Wcasino Online -Delayed payment for two weeks

Hello, I am customer of Wcasino Online. I deposited and started playing in the tournaments they offered. I had the chance to win several small prizes and on 03.11. 2021 I decided to withdraw a small amount (25 euros), just to see that everything is OK with the verification of my account and to be sure that the casino will pay me. I sent the necessary documents for the verification, but the withdrawal was still not processed, I contacted the live chat of the casino, they asked for another document, which I immediately provided and they confirmed that my verification was successful and I have to wait a maximum of 3 days for to approve the payment. A few days later the withdrawal had not yet been processed and I contacted them again in the chat and they very kindly replied that it would be paid within hours. And so several times already, I get in touch and they kindly promise me that in a few hours everything will be fine. I was convinced that they did not want to pay and on 15.11.2021 I made a second withdrawal for the amount of 200 euros.

In recent days, I contact them every day and the conversation goes the same way, I ask when they will approve the withdrawals, they promise in a few hours. I told them that I would ask for assistance in resolving the case. I have played in over 10 casinos and I have never had such a case. I wonder why they do it for such a small amount of money and I decided to ask your help and warn that this casino has no intention of paying at all.
