Wcasino Online -Delayed payment for two weeks

Hello, I am customer of Wcasino Online. I deposited and started playing in the tournaments they offered. I had the chance to win several small prizes and on 03.11. 2021 I decided to withdraw a small amount (25 euros), just to see that everything is OK with the verification of my account and to be sure that the casino will pay me. I sent the necessary documents for the verification, but the withdrawal was still not processed, I contacted the live chat of the casino, they asked for another document, which I immediately provided and they confirmed that my verification was successful and I have to wait a maximum of 3 days for to approve the payment. A few days later the withdrawal had not yet been processed and I contacted them again in the chat and they very kindly replied that it would be paid within hours. And so several times already, I get in touch and they kindly promise me that in a few hours everything will be fine. I was convinced that they did not want to pay and on 15.11.2021 I made a second withdrawal for the amount of 200 euros.

In recent days, I contact them every day and the conversation goes the same way, I ask when they will approve the withdrawals, they promise in a few hours. I told them that I would ask for assistance in resolving the case. I have played in over 10 casinos and I have never had such a case. I wonder why they do it for such a small amount of money and I decided to ask your help and warn that this casino has no intention of paying at all.

Hello again. I have good news. I sent my complaint to them too and they started to assure me that my account has been verified successfully and I will receive my money soon. 24 hours later, the money was really paid. Thank you for posting my complaint, I'm not convinced that I would be able to withdraw my funds myself.

Wcasino online - Casino confiscated my legal winnings

I won 3070 euros at wcasino, I verified my account and put the full amount to withdraw, however the casino only withdrew 2000 and confiscated 1070 euros. They explained this by the fact that they have the maximum amount of withdrawal from the bonus 10x of the deposit, but in the rules of the bonus they have a completely different information, it says that the maximum amount of withdrawal
30x of the deposit. I believe the casino illegally confiscated my winnings, as proof of my words I attach a screenshot of the welcome bonus promo, as well as my transaction history at the casino. I ask Askgamblers to help me get my winnings back.

On 14 February Wcasino sent me email that my payout will be processed ASAP, 3 month later i still dont have any money from them.. My Bitcoin ATM deposit was never credited to my account

I have been in the chat at wcasino regarding my missing deposit and they told me I had to wait up to 48 hrs for resolution. It has been over 72 hours and still nothing. I emailed kyc@wcasino and support@wcasino and nothing…. This is 4 days now that I am waiting for my deposit to be credited to my balance.

Runaround to verify my account

Hello Askgmablers,

It has been 4 days now WCasino online doesn't verify my account where I had uploaded all required kyc documents and doesn't process my withdrawal request $190! Many times I asked support team when they will verify my account they they replied soon, asap, later tonight like that last 4 days but nothing happened at the end. Withdrawal delayed for 4 weeks

First of all let me emphasize that I've liked this casino so far. I've been playing there for more than 5 months, everything went very smoothly, no issues with deposits or withdrawals at all. It's worth mentioning I've made 13 successful withdrawals so far. Not one withdrawal has taken longer than 5 days, some have hit my eWallet within 1 day. Unfortunately my last withdrawal has been 4 weeks ago and is still pending. The support has let me know that the withdrawal was "under review" but assured me that it won't take longer than a month. So a month is over but the review is yet to be finished.

This is the point where I've started to worry a bit. I have a balance of 11,410.75 EUR on my account and a pending withdrawal of 500 EUR which makes it almost 12k in total.

Thus I would like to ask for an official statement from the book on this issue. What exactly is under review? Why does the review process take longer than you've promised? When will you finally process the withdrawal?

Delayed payment for 3 months

Dear Ask Gamblers team
I was betting on sports and playing slots on W casino and I ended up winning 18837 euros. I requested first withdrawal on 30.08.2018 and during 2 months, up until 23.10.2018 and I was only able to withdraw 4.500 euros. Last withdrawal was requested on 09.11.2018 and I still haven`t received it. According to terms and conditions of the casino, they can delay the withdrawal for no more than 3 days, yet I have not received anything this month. In addition, according to “payments” section of the casino, weekly withdrawal limit is 2000, which means you can withdraw 8.000 per month. However, I only received 4.500 euros in 2 months, and did not receive anything in the last month. I should have been able to withdraw the most part of my winnings if casino was making payments according to their own rules. I sincerely ask for assistance of W casino`s management in this matter.
