Wcasino online - Casino confiscated my legal winnings

I won 3070 euros at wcasino, I verified my account and put the full amount to withdraw, however the casino only withdrew 2000 and confiscated 1070 euros. They explained this by the fact that they have the maximum amount of withdrawal from the bonus 10x of the deposit, but in the rules of the bonus they have a completely different information, it says that the maximum amount of withdrawal
30x of the deposit. I believe the casino illegally confiscated my winnings, as proof of my words I attach a screenshot of the welcome bonus promo, as well as my transaction history at the casino. I ask Askgamblers to help me get my winnings back.

Wcasino Online -Delayed payment for two weeks

Hello, I am customer of Wcasino Online. I deposited and started playing in the tournaments they offered. I had the chance to win several small prizes and on 03.11. 2021 I decided to withdraw a small amount (25 euros), just to see that everything is OK with the verification of my account and to be sure that the casino will pay me. I sent the necessary documents for the verification, but the withdrawal was still not processed, I contacted the live chat of the casino, they asked for another document, which I immediately provided and they confirmed that my verification was successful and I have to wait a maximum of 3 days for to approve the payment. A few days later the withdrawal had not yet been processed and I contacted them again in the chat and they very kindly replied that it would be paid within hours. And so several times already, I get in touch and they kindly promise me that in a few hours everything will be fine. I was convinced that they did not want to pay and on 15.11.2021 I made a second withdrawal for the amount of 200 euros.

In recent days, I contact them every day and the conversation goes the same way, I ask when they will approve the withdrawals, they promise in a few hours. I told them that I would ask for assistance in resolving the case. I have played in over 10 casinos and I have never had such a case. I wonder why they do it for such a small amount of money and I decided to ask your help and warn that this casino has no intention of paying at all.
