I signed up for Pamper Casino with $100 no deposit chip. I played through the requirements and ended up with a $135 real money balance and then put in a withdrawal request around the first week of December.
It took them until the end of December (with lots of delays) to ask for my neteller details to pay me and I have not heard from them since. I have requested an update and have requested a copy of their complaints procedure as is specified by the UK Gambling commission. I have still not heard a thing.
It's frustrating that such casinos are given licenses to gamble when it's obvious they are just there to try and swindle money from the customer and make them wait as long as they possibly can before they hand over their money.
