I am unable to withdraw to card, as I receive a message stating that I must have made a prior deposit by card (see attached). However, this message is inaccurate as my deposit was by card (see attached).
I asked on live chat and was advised that verification was required. As such I sent photos of my passport, bank statement and debit card. I received an email confirming that these were successfully reviewed and verified (see attached).
This email also advised that I must complete mobile phone verification. On morning of 2nd December I called support to verify my mobile number and was told this has been done. However, as I was still unable to withdraw by evening I asked on live chat and it was requested that they call me to verify my mobile number. I answered this call and completed mobile phone verification for the second time.
However, I am still unable to withdraw and have not received an answer to my email about this.
Furthermore, I declined any bonus, so there should not be any delays related to that. I would appreciate it if a rep could review my account so that I can withdraw my winnings.
