I opened a account on Friday 19th January 2018 I deposited £17k during the evening and after a bad run got up to £19k which I requested to withdraw . Saturday morning I get the verification email which I send of and get ok then Monday no withdrawals processed so I contact live chat and they inform me I need to fill in a sow declaration form and return it which I did Monday lunchtime. I contact them Tuesday evening and told there in relivant department but could not give me any timescale of when withdrawals will be processed and account verified. But the £17k has left the bank ok but all emails to verify team are completely ignored and never answered. Can anyone pleas help . Thanks
