On October 20th, 2020 I sent an e transfer to order@orderdeposit.com for $74.00, they said it was rejected on my end I sent them proof that it was auto deposited, after 5 days they came back and said that I needed to speak with Interact, so I called them and my bank and they both said the transaction was completed. I got back to them again and told them and they are sending it to the relevant department. They keep putting me off and I have noticed I am not the first person to complain about this issue. I feel that even though I have sent them the appropriate proof that they are going to keep putting this off and would ask for some help getting my money back. Thank you

We do appreciate you dropping by, and we do empathise that there appears to be an issue with your E-transfer. We are aware that the deposit flow with Interac can from time to time be a little unstable.
If you have followed the instructions correctly, it should have shown up soon in your account within between 10 minutes and 2 hours. However, if the transaction failed for any reason, the funds would be usually be returned to you within 1-5 business days. It is most unusual that this has not been the case.
.While we are obviously willing to assist you with resolving your issue, there are limits to what can be discussed in an open social forum.
For this reason, we would appreciate if you could reach our to our Customer service team in live chat or via email, and mention that you have been in contact with us Via the Askgamblers resolution forum, and we will do our utmost to ensure a satisfactory outcome for you.
