Dear whom may concern,
I was told that if I was self excluded on one of the casinos under the lisence of mt securetrade limited , I should of not been able to play on any of their casinos.
I was permanently self excluded on rizk casino (mt secure) on the 2016-11-24 23:38:22, and still am to this day.
This was also permanently and cant not be lifted at any time.
I have been able to play on dunder and depoist over £3000 , however I should of not been able to reopen my account with them as I was told by their live chat, that a permanently self excluded account can not be reopened however they did.
Both of these casinos are under the same license and dunder did not follow the rules and regulations,
I their for demand a full refund of all depoists made since the date of my permanently self exclusion on rizk casino under the mt licence which dunder also hold, as I should of never been able to reopen my account with Dunder as they hold the same licence.
I will attach print screens and emails from rizk which shows the information of my self exclusion + both details on both accounts are the exact same like the live chat confirmed it,
I give askgamblers full permission to check my data on both accounts.
Email is the same , name is the same, home address is the same and date of birth is the same , so they should of detected my account and not let me reopen it as the permeante self exclusion is under the same liscence as you can see from the email from rizk this can not be lifted at any time and dunder done this.

The Terms and Conditions were breached on both Rizk and Dunder.
At Dunder, you have breached #11.1.6 as well as #28.3.
We have attached a Screenshot of the relevant Terms. You have already quoted this part, so we attached the part that is important to you in this case.
At Rizk, #5.1.2 were breached.
I have also attached a copy of these Terms for you.

You state you take responsible gambling serious however this case shows that you have failed in the most basic checks on reopening my account which shouldn't of been opened, and have actually ignored the players past history / current exclusion and took advantage of a vulnerable customer.
before reopening my account you would see that I permentley self excluded under MT secure and also would see that my details is signed up to GAMSTOP, however I understand that Gamstop only works within the uk licences however you would still be able to see this as you are also operated by a uk licence. You have failed to do any sort of checks before opening my account, which infact should of never been opened.
In the previous email you stated this ;

You would of been able to see my history before opening my account which was permentley self excluded and also currently signed up to gamstop, but instead of following the standard procedure and not allowing me to open my account like I wasn't meant to , you seen a vulnerable customer and new you would make money of me and went ahead and opened my account. Ps if you never opened my account I would not be in this Position as my account would still be closed.
This Casino does not care at all about responsible gambling and if they do not get this resolved to a standard verdict, they should be fined by the MGA or have their Licence striped, This is a dangerous casino which is praying on the vulnerable customers.

This casino does not care at all for vuneruable customers and have no care in the world for responsible gambling!
As you can see they don’t take the correct actions for their wrong doings.
