I am writing this complaint against Dunder casino about their unjustified action for suddenly closing my account with pending withdrawal in place.
Last May 11, 2020 after winning from $3,500 at Dunder Casino I decided to withdraw $1,500 of my winnings and received a confirmation of the pending withdrawal, I continued to play with the money that's left.
However, after a few hours while in the middle of a game I got logged out suddenly and when I tried to log in its says that access to my account is restricted and to contact support which I did.
I told the representative what happened and asked why I can't access my account and pending withdrawal. The representative just says "for security reason and that I have multiple accounts" without explaining clearly and just confiscated the $1,500 that I won fair and square without unproven evidence and basis for their claim.
What saddens me is I was going to use that money to buy a gift for my wife for our 10 years anniversary and have a little dinner with my family this coming May 25th.
I hope that you can help me in any way because this is so unjust.

Based on the above mentioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
First of all can you show proof of your claim for that I had created 4 accounts? Is it easier to scam people and expect us just to accept what you say without even providing proof?
Secondly, I requested to change the day of my birthday for a week I also have a snapshot of the conversation before I had won $3,500 and withdrew the $1,500 that I am willing to post to provide proof of my claim. The question is are you willing to provide proof of that 4 accounts?
I had been playing for 5 months using this 1 account that I only have and spent a lot of money and just when I have luckily won a little and after I make a withdrawal my account was suddenly blocked and my winnings got confiscated.
What a coincidence right? Or are you taking me like I was just born yesterday

In this case, you have breached our Terms and conditions by opening multiple Accounts (total of 4 Accounts). All of them have slightly different Details. In this one, you have registered your Account with a different Date of Birth and your first as well as middle name, which seemed intentional to avoid the system blocking it automatically, as it did with 2 of the other ones.
This is a breach of the following Terms and Conditions:
4.8 Your Player Account must be registered in your own, legal, name. You may only open one account on this Website and in association with this brand. Any other accounts which you open subsequently on this the Website or otherwise in association with this brand shall be considered "Duplicate Accounts". Any Duplicate Accounts may be closed by us immediately and:
4.8.1 any Bonus Funds will be confiscated and forfeited by you and any remaining Deposit Funds (less any Winnings) will be returned to you on request (minus any reasonable charges) subject to these Terms and any legal or regulatory obligations with which we are required to comply;
4.8.2 Any Winnings or bonuses which you have gained or accrued or (in relation to outstanding (unsettled) bets) may gain or accrue and which have been or may be credited to Your Player Account and/or withdrawn by you from Your Player Account during such time as the Duplicate Account was active will be forfeited by you and may be deducted from Your Player Account or reclaimed by us, and you will return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account.
We have returned your deposits to you and confiscated the winnings as per Terms and Conditions.
