Hello, they say anything to delay and never give my winnings, screenshots of everything,can you help?
I pass KYC after 4 weeks,documents and everything, I won 500 euro, after 2 weeks I withdraw 160 euro which is the max, and now the max withdraw amount is 0, at chat you wail a lot time to have an answer , its been 3 weeks

My complaint remains the same,

from 10th May as you mentioned (witch was the fist and only withdraw from 500euro ), I can't withdraw the remain 340 euro in my account , you set 0 max amount on purpose

Dear Customer

You complain because you can’t withdraw more than 160€
But you have won by a free bonus (free chips) and we have in our T&C that if you reach the wagering conditions with a free bonus, the maximum you can withdraw is 150 euros.
So You can withdraw only 150 from that amount and you have received already 160 euros .

Attached the details of the origin of the winnings. The T&C are online available on the website, and the
customer support explained you already.
