701 Euros being withheld when I requested account closure due to severe gambling issues
I have contacted vegasplus due to gambling issues. I have requested my full 701.54 euros returned to my skrill and account closed due to my gambling issue which has been triggered by a family bereavement.
As many others on this platform have found with this Play Logia group the casino is behaving abhorently, attempting to keep my account open and only limiting deposits but allowing the balance in the account to be played and lost (which I have almost done on 3 occasions).
I have seen in other complaints after opening a complaint here players have eventually had their money returned and account closed after a month to two months of going back and forth with your help as mediators. Please can you mediate this.
Attempting to restrict me to 100 euros per week, when I have a gambling issue, so I can log in and still play is disgusting. Their withdrawals take 7 days to process and then they restrict you from placing another withdrawal for 5 days. So it would take me 4 months to withdraw 700 euros. Also their terms do not support this:
6.11. The minimum amount for a payout is currently 100 euros. Prizes can currently be paid out up to 1500 euros per calendar week, with the exception of VIP Bronze and VIP Chrome up to 500 euros per calendar week. Up to 4 withdrawals per month are possible free of charge. For each additional withdrawal, a fee of 60 euros will be charged. We may change the above minimum amounts from time to time at our discretion.
I am VIP Chrome so should be allowed 500 euros a week. So I am happy to withdraw the full balance and then be charged 60 euros if it means I am not exposed to more gambling.
