I made a withdrawal on Saturday at 8.11am.
We are now on the 3rd working day and my withdrawal is still yet to be processed!
I have spoke to numerous agents who have told me the past 2 days that they would send financial department messages to get this fast tracked, to no avail. I was also told that last night it would be resolved which it still hasn't been. And now agents are ignoring my messages.
£500 and I just want my money. Please help!
