Making it impossible to withdraw

I am writing a complaint today against the casino VegasPlus. I won 11KEUR on this casino in July and got verified on the casino. The casino started paying me the wekly limit of 1500EUR per week. They force you to wait 1 week between withdrawals. After the third successful payment the casino decided it was going to limit the maximum ammount I was able to withdraw. They changed the limit to 500 per week. This meant that the 6000EUR I had left to withdraw was going to take me a minimum of 6 months to fully withdraw, since they don't allow you to withdraw without waiting 1 week from the last payment.

Last week I logged in hoping to withdraw again and my available to withdraw was 0. I emailed them and they told me that I should be able to withdraw and to try another payment method. I attached a screenshot that shows that my available to withdraw is actually 0.

The email they wrote went on to say that due to my gaming activity they were now limiting my withdrawals to 100EUR per week. With this in mind it would take me a minimum of 80 weeks to withdraw my funds. I checked their terms and there is no mention of them being able to to this.

Term 2.12. States
Should the lifetime deposits of a player be less than, or equal to €200, their maximum withdrawal amount is 20(X) times the total amount of their lifetime deposits, minus any fees. For example, a player whose total lifetime deposits are €20 is only entitled to withdraw a maximum of 20 x 20 = €400.

This term does not apply to me as I have deposited thousands in the casino. They are basically trapping my money and encouraging me to play so I can lose my balance. I would ask you to communicate with the casino and ask them to restore the 1500EUR per week limit which is what their terms state.

Unfortunately, the AskGamblers Complaint team finds this drastic limit decrease as arbitrary, unfounded and totally unexpected and unjustified.

Therefore, unless you reconsider paying your winner accordingly, we will have no other choice but to close the complaint as Unresolved which will have a direct consequence to your Casino Ranking score.

I was able to reach Melanie threw chat. After a 10 minute chat nothing really changed. To summarize she referred me to the term 6.5 again basically saying that they have the right to change the 1500 withdrawal limit.
She then changed my maximum withdrawal to 500 as an exception. I told her I wanted my 1500 which is what I'm entitled to according to their terms but she refused.

She brought up my total deposit history and total withdrawal history and said she didn't understand why I was complaining since I was winning. I told her my winnings are trapped for a 5-6 month period without proper justification. She then asked me if "I wanted to play Maybe?" I told her no I wanted my money. Whats the point of playing if I'm gonna lock my wins on the casino for months. At 500$ a withdrawal which is what they set me now if I played and won 5K it would take me an additional 5-6 months for my money.

I believe there is a language barrier with the casino or at least the way the person who wrote their terms. It's clear that they are not going to allow me to withdraw 1500 per week as they believe they are right. On the other hand I understand their terms in another way and do not think they have the right to reduce my weekly MAXIMUM withdrawal limit.

I ask you @ASKGAMBLERS please go over the facts once more. If you believe the casino is right resolve the complaint, however if you agree that their terms do not justify their actions please close this complaint unresolved so I can move on to the next step. I will also update you as I move into the next steps.

I am disgusted with your behavior @VegasPlus but I guess it was to be expected the way you've been handling this case.

I reached out to Melanie as I mentioned on my previous response. The time difference in our scheduled only allowed a small window on that day and I told her I was bringing my baby to the doctors. She even replied that she hopes everything is fine and asked me for my availability. (check the attached screenshot)Right now we both have fever and it's challenging enough for me just getting threw the day.
I finally got a chance to look at my emails and I see this today. I mean knowing we came back from the doctors how can get on this public forum and make accusations of me trying to stall to let this go unresolved. It seams you're the ones who are in a rush to close this complaint not me.

I just emailed her asking her if we can meet on chat on Monday morning at a reasonable hour in my timezone.

On a different subject, you mentioned that withdrawals are processed within 48-72h. Well it's been 72h since my withdrawal and I haven't gotten paid.

Modified withdrawal

Hello, I have been playing at vegas plus casino since 10/2020.


On 25/03/2023 I made a deposit of €100 and then I won and requested a withdrawal of €500 (I did not make a screenshot to prove my request).

1 week later still no withdrawal, I ask the cat he tells me that it will be treated soon...

In the meantime, he changed my request from €500 to €100 without telling me. When I saw her I contacted customer service again and they told me that it was not possible for my request to be changed and that it was only me who could do it. Suddenly I cancel my request which I modified to see if I can put back my request to 500 € and the impossible to make more than 100 €. Today I have 10200 € on the casino and I can withdraw only 100 € per week but in reality the time which validates is more than 15 days... It says who cannot modify the amount of withdrawal here is their answer: Hello < first name removed >

Regarding the withdrawal limit now, you can only withdraw up to 100 euros per week, it is following the update of our system and it depends on the status of the player on the platform.

I find it unacceptable that we change the amount of withdrawals overnight, otherwise I would never have made a deposit at their casino.

I would like my withdrawal amount to return to the same as before, either €1000 per week or for me to face payment in two instalments or in one instalment on the balance of my account.

701 Euros being withheld when I requested account closure due to severe gambling issues

I have contacted vegasplus due to gambling issues. I have requested my full 701.54 euros returned to my skrill and account closed due to my gambling issue which has been triggered by a family bereavement. 

As many others on this platform have found with this Play Logia group the casino is behaving abhorently, attempting to keep my account open and only limiting deposits but allowing the balance in the account to be played and lost (which I have almost done on 3 occasions).

I have seen in other complaints after opening a complaint here players have eventually had their money returned and account closed after a month to two months of going back and forth with your help as mediators. Please can you mediate this.

Attempting to restrict me to 100 euros per week, when I have a gambling issue, so I can log in and still play is disgusting. Their withdrawals take 7 days to process and then they restrict you from placing another withdrawal for 5 days. So it would take me 4 months to withdraw 700 euros. Also their terms do not support this:

6.11. The minimum amount for a payout is currently 100 euros. Prizes can currently be paid out up to 1500 euros per calendar week, with the exception of VIP Bronze and VIP Chrome up to 500 euros per calendar week. Up to 4 withdrawals per month are possible free of charge. For each additional withdrawal, a fee of 60 euros will be charged. We may change the above minimum amounts from time to time at our discretion.

I am VIP Chrome so should be allowed 500 euros a week. So I am happy to withdraw the full balance and then be charged 60 euros if it means I am not exposed to more gambling.
