Payment delate more than expected

I made a withdrawal on Saturday at 8.11am.

We are now on the 3rd working day and my withdrawal is still yet to be processed!

I have spoke to numerous agents who have told me the past 2 days that they would send financial department messages to get this fast tracked, to no avail. I was also told that last night it would be resolved which it still hasn't been. And now agents are ignoring my messages.

On 25/03/2023 I made a deposit of €100 and then I won and requested a withdrawal of €500 (I did not make a screenshot to prove my request).

1 week later still no withdrawal, I ask the cat he tells me that it will be treated soon...

I find it unacceptable that we change the amount of withdrawals overnight, otherwise I would never have made a deposit at their casino.

I would like my withdrawal amount to return to the same as before, either €1000 per week or for me to face payment in two instalments or in one instalment on the balance of my account.

I have played vegas plus for three years.

Due to a devastating health diagnosis I have to leave my home for treatment and the casino is not legally registered where I am moving.

I have requested my full account balance of 1270 euros sent to my skrill and my account closed.

The chat agent is refusing and my emails have been ignored.

As per term 6.3 (attached) my max withdrawal for my VIP should be 500 euro a week. It is not. It is set at 100 (incorrect as per their terms). There is also a stipulation in their terms that states if I want more than 500 euros processed a week they can charge me 60 euros. I am fine with them charging me 60 euro for the full balance to be returned.

I have made 500 deposits into the account ( I have attached just the passed years, but lifetime I have deposited around 4 to 6k).

Please can askgamblers help the casino abide by their terms. Send my entire balance to skrill and close my account. The agent attempted to tell me on the chat you would not help.

Three months now I've been working on to get my withdrawal.

Document after document I have been sent. Its always something wrong with the documents, it doesn't matter what I do. They always come up with something new. Well, sometimes after long struggling they accept a document but then they always come up with something new they want. I've sent them all my life by now.

Three months! I've maybe worked 20 hours with this. Its totally insane.

I have played with this casino for years, and it has worked..

But now under those three months they don't want me anymore. I know casinos and it can be tough with documents but this, this is not a tough case. It is a impossible case.

I won 400e and I tryed to withdraw all amount. Withdraw request went through fine, afrer they said that its payd i noticed only 100e came to my bank account and 300 returned to my casino account. Tried to make another withdraw request but theres now 100e max withdraw.

I asked the chat agent if there was some kind of mistake, and they answered that the casino has an algorithm that calculates the player's withdrawal limit.

After that I tryed to make another depoit, was hoping that would rise withdraw max limit but no. I also tried to play more with my balance to hope for withdraw limit to rise but even this didnt help, while trying playing I won more so I got 2000e now in account. Withdrawing this amount will take ages if I need to withdraw 100e / 2 weeks.

I have contacted vegasplus due to gambling issues. I have requested my full 701.54 euros returned to my skrill and account closed due to my gambling issue which has been triggered by a family bereavement. 

As many others on this platform have found with this Play Logia group the casino is behaving abhorently, attempting to keep my account open and only limiting deposits but allowing the balance in the account to be played and lost (which I have almost done on 3 occasions).

I have seen in other complaints after opening a complaint here players have eventually had their money returned and account closed after a month to two months of going back and forth with your help as mediators. Please can you mediate this.

Attempting to restrict me to 100 euros per week, when I have a gambling issue, so I can log in and still play is disgusting. Their withdrawals take 7 days to process and then they restrict you from placing another withdrawal for 5 days. So it would take me 4 months to withdraw 700 euros. Also their terms do not support this:

6.11. The minimum amount for a payout is currently 100 euros. Prizes can currently be paid out up to 1500 euros per calendar week, with the exception of VIP Bronze and VIP Chrome up to 500 euros per calendar week. Up to 4 withdrawals per month are possible free of charge. For each additional withdrawal, a fee of 60 euros will be charged. We may change the above minimum amounts from time to time at our discretion.

I am VIP Chrome so should be allowed 500 euros a week. So I am happy to withdraw the full balance and then be charged 60 euros if it means I am not exposed to more gambling.

I deposited and won at the casino in May this year. My balance was 10308EUR. After some issues with the withdrawals at first I managed to withdraw 1500 every withdrawal and roughly 2 withdrawals per month. I had gotten a little over 7500 of my balance.

Recently I logged into withdrawing 1500 from my account only to find that the withdrawal section had been restricted to 100 per withdrawal, so 200 per month. I asked the chat agent if there was some kind of mistake, and they answered that the casino has an algorithm that calculates the player's withdrawal limit.

There is no mention of this on their website.

I am asking Ask Gamblers to intervene and have the casino restore my withdrawal limits.

Good afternoon, as usual in vegasplus they delay payments, making excuses (always with the intention of not disrespecting), it is a tactic they use depending on the winnings when you play.

What is unpresentable is that the casino forces you to comply with their terms and conditions and they constantly skip it.

With this it is already the second complaint. But I think their tactics will continue to do so with other players, please stay tuned.
