Difficulty receiving remaining account balance and account closure at Vegas plus
I have played vegas plus for three years.
Due to a devastating health diagnosis I have to leave my home for treatment and the casino is not legally registered where I am moving.
I have requested my full account balance of 1270 euros sent to my skrill and my account closed.
The chat agent is refusing and my emails have been ignored.
As per term 6.3 (attached) my max withdrawal for my VIP should be 500 euro a week. It is not. It is set at 100 (incorrect as per their terms). There is also a stipulation in their terms that states if I want more than 500 euros processed a week they can charge me 60 euros. I am fine with them charging me 60 euro for the full balance to be returned.
I have made 500 deposits into the account ( I have attached just the passed years, but lifetime I have deposited around 4 to 6k).
Please can askgamblers help the casino abide by their terms. Send my entire balance to skrill and close my account. The agent attempted to tell me on the chat you would not help.
I move in 1.5 months.
