Self exclusion refund of deposits

I have applied for a refund. Vegasplus does not take care of problem gamblers.
Between December 20 and December 24 I asked in live chat to close my account as I have gambling problems, this could not be arranged via chat so I had to email.
And I did that up to 2 times.
But to my surprise I could just keep on gambling and my request was not heeded. I can't resist the addiction so I started gambling again. After the self exclusion reqeust I gambled € 635 and I would like to have a refund of that, as I have asked for closing myself and the casino does not respond to this. I discussed this with someone from the live chat and he told me to send this whole story by e-mail, so I did that too, but no response from the vegasplus side.
I would like my money back what I have deposited (€ 635) and my account closed self exclsusion. Please help me because I cannot expect any help at vegasplus.
