Dear Askgamblers,
I asked a withdrawal of € 1202.00 on 04/01/2021. On that day the VIP manger, Mr. Mark, told me that he had already ask the finance department to process it. Until now, I was not paid yet.
I talked several times with support at the chat, sent email to VIP manager and talked with him on the chat and by phone promising me that I would get paid today but, once again, nothing!
Please help me to get my money.
