Good evening,
I have submitted a withdrawal request on Monday 19/4 in this casino but it's still in status pending. I have contacted their customer support several times via chat & email, but they keep giving me a different update each time (screenshots attached)
According to their initial answer to me, the process of a withdrawal can take up to 72 hours, but in my case, this is the fourth day I'm waiting for the approval of my request. My account is fully verified on their side.
Can you please help me with this issue??

The screenshot you have attached refers to the first withdrawal request of 100EUR I submitted, which was successfully processed by your side.
My complaint refers to the second withdrawal request of 1392EUR that I submitted right after you processed the first one, which is still in status pending since 19/4 (last Monday).
Is there any intention from your side to process it???
I have lost my patience and trust in your site.
Please,I kindly ask you to process it now!!!
