Delayed verification and account suspension without explanation

Hello ASKGAMBLERS,

On August 28th, 2023 I made a deposit of $350 CAD. I then won an amount of 3625.00 CAD on the same day.
Since then I have uploaded the requested documents for verification and have been waiting ever since to be Verified.

Every time I send an e-mail for a status update I get no reply.

When I go on live chat to speak to a rep, I'm always told I'm still in queue to be verified.

I don't think over a month of waiting is standard waiting time so I logged in today to ask yet again the status of my verification but this time my account has been suspended without explanation.

I hope if I bring the issue to a public forum like here that I may get somewhere further then where I am now, which is no where.

I have received an e-mail from TUSK CASINO. I thought I should update you guys at ASKGAMBLERS with what I am not being accused of which is absurd!

I quote the email "

This is absolutely a fabricated lie! I Live Alone! In no way is this remotely possible!

No one has access to my PC except me! I don't know how online Casinos get away with stalling verification and when the pressure comes they create a false claim.
