2 years and 3 months pending withdrawal


Hello AskGamblers!

On April 12th, 2024, I won an amount of USD $1703.00. I was already verified at the time and requested a withdrawal, but to my surprise, the withdrawal section was unavailable. I went to Live Chat support, and that was also unavailable. I tried e-mails, but no responses whatsoever. I assumed my winnings were lost forever.

Recently, I received e-mail bonus promos from TUSK casino, which has not been 2 years since it last gave me the impression they were back online. I logged in, went on chat, and was surprised that chat was available. They asked to verify my account again, which was understandable and took only a day to do so.

It has been several weeks now that I am still waiting for my withdrawals to be paid, but the live support staff keeps telling me someone will e-mail me in a couple of days, but no one has. I don't think it's unfair for me to post this complaint given the immense amount of time I have waited.
