Delayed payment 6500 euro

Hello

The casino at hand has been delaying my payment since October 23rd...

I won using slots and a casino bonus, finished the wagering, and have a fully verified account ..

The amount at hand is about 6500 euros...

They dont answer chat other than to tell me my withdrawal is in the queue.... been 4 weeks now and I'm tired of their stalling tactics.

Please help me retrieve my funds
