Delayed withdraw

The casino at hand has been delaying my payment since October 23rd...

I won using slots and a casino bonus, finished the wagering, and have a fully verified account ..

The amount at hand is about 6500 euros...

They dont answer chat other than to tell me my withdrawal is in the queue.... been 4 weeks now and I'm tired of their stalling tactics.

Please help me retrieve my funds

I'm writing to you because its been over 3 weeks I'm trying to get paid by tusk casino without success.

My account is completely verified, yet they keep delaying my payment 3 weeks now stating that's in queue and they are busy.

The disputed amount is 1489 euros.

This is an obvious stalling tactic for me to give up or to lose it back.

Please I'm begging you to help me get my funds from this casino.

Hello I have been trying to withdraw my winning at tusk casino and everytime I try to it says service unavailable. I deposited on Friday and did not take a bonus or free spins and there is no way to chat with anyone. I have sent multiple emails and no one is getting back to me. I have submitted documents I’ve done everything correctly. I play at a lot of these casinos and have won many times and I have never had suck a hard time withdrawing my winnings.

I recently deposited on the casino and played my balance up to nearly 27000. I cancelled any bonuses I had and only played with real money. I had previously won on the casino last year and have gotten my account verified and my withdrawals paid. The process took a while but eventually it got done and everything was paid.

This time around I went on chat and they told me 72 hours. Today marks 1 week since my first withdrawal at the casino and still not payment.

I would like to have a conversation with them on the forum in order to get actual time frames when I can expect my money.

I've had a pending withdrawal for 3 weeks now. I've repeatedly been on chat and was told it would be paid shortly.

The amount is 1000euro, my account is fully verified and are pretty much refusing to pay me.

Not sure what else I need to do at this point, I find it strange considering I've been paid in the past by them, I keep getting the same excuse that they have a long cue for payouts but its been 3 weeks, please help me.

It has been 20 days since I uploaded the required documents to get verified and be able to withdraw my winnings.

I have contacted David 7 times in the live support about this, and each time he has promised that the documents will be reviewed in 24 hours, but nothing has happened.

This should not really take this long, and is not what one should expect of a regulated casino.

After doing a deposit of R170 on the 21st April I then won R900.

My withdrawal was canceled and I was told I need to complete wager of R106.

I then successfully completed wager and did a new withdrawal of R1540 and needed to receive my funds after max 72h but usually I get it after 48hr.

Today is the 4th business of having done a withdrawal request and my withdrawal was yet again canceled by the casino and they now said it is a technical error.

I needed to do another withdrawal request and honestly don't know when I'll receive these funds now.

Bad service didn't expect this from Tusk casino

I registered an account with Tusk Casino on 24/02/2024 and deposited 300 euros to play casino and slots.

I won some money and decided to withdraw my winnings! I have a fully verified account two days after I won and registered an account with them at Tusk Casino.

I have been waiting for my withdrawals since 26/02/2024 and spoke to them on the chat several times during the last period.

Every time I am on the chat they ask me to contact support by email, I have sent several emails, without getting anything kind of response from them!

This is about several withdrawals of 1,000 euros, the total is 3,500 euros, but none of them have been approved or sent to my wallet!

Can you please help me with this!!
