20 days and still not looked at my verification documents

It has been 20 days since I uploaded the required documents to get verified and be able to withdraw my winnings.

I have contacted David 7 times in the live support about this, and each time he has promised that the documents will be reviewed in 24 hours, but nothing has happened.

This should not really take this long, and is not what one should expect of a regulated casino.
