Delayed payment for 1 week


My payment is pending since 29th of June, i have a full vf account, i was initially told it may take up to 3 banking days depending on workload, today included it has been 5 banking days/ workimg days. Last email sent yesterday to kyc support ( department that handles payment enquiries) has not even been replied. Online chat is unable to help, it is a unjustified payment delay.

The wd was payed right after i submitted the complaint.
Your statement above regarding the timeframe seems inaccurate. None of the staff via email or chat have mentioned it and as seen in the screenshots below, under withdrawals section there is alao no mention about the 72 h after your vf, but a clear banking days.
