canceled my withdrawals twice because of card verification


I won a decent ammount 3 days ago made a withdrawal of the amount of 420 euro. Next day I log in into my account and I see the withdrawal has been canceled. I check my email to see if they’ve send me email saying why it happened nothing. I go to live support and they say I got to send picture of the transaction made by Apple Pay and the credit card back and front photo, so I take all the photos and send them an email. I gamble the money form the withdraw they canceled a bit and make again 2 withdrawals of the amount of 500 euro and 100 euro. After 1 day again I log to see how it’s going and I see again withdrawals are canceled again. I again check for and email from their support all folders spam and etc but nothing again! I go to live chat and the guy says that the support couldn’t send me an email cause of a problem and they rejected my card photo because the name doesn’t match the card.but it’s the same name. I’ ve send them an email again I’ve even provided them and alternative Gmail email but no response again! I have included photos of live chat and my account name and name on card

I’ send them an email yesterday from a different email address I own noting my problem with both verification and email giving them the photos of card again. And the answer i got today is : Greetings!
