Deposit not credited to account


Hi there.

I hope you are well.

On 12.08.2025 I made a €300 deposit to Trino Casino using Ethereum, but it has still not been added to my account. I've attached screenshots showing the transaction to my account and the transaction from my wallet.

I have emailed them on a number of occasions, screenshots attached, and made formal complaint, but the deposit has still not been added to my account.

Any help you could provide would be much appreciated.
