Delaying payment yet again for no reason

Trino casino is yet again delaying payment. I have 3 active withdrawals pending each one is 500 euro. And they are active for 9-8-7 days repeatedly. I tried asking the live chat and my bio manager for help but they just copy paste the same automated message my money is safe and they are looking at it etc etc. for a site that promotes itself with a max 72 hours withdrawals. I haven’t seen a single withdraw going in that time. Moreover I got 1600 more euros lying there in my balance that I can’t withdraw because they have a limit for 3 withdrawals that’s setting me up for like a month to get all the money.

All original withdraws have been completed now I got 2 new ones but I feel confident they gonna get transferred too soon. So I am gonna close this from my part

canceled my withdrawals twice because of card verification

I won a decent ammount 3 days ago made a withdrawal of the amount of 420 euro. Next day I log in into my account and I see the withdrawal has been canceled. I check my email to see if they’ve send me email saying why it happened nothing. I go to live support and they say I got to send picture of the transaction made by Apple Pay and the credit card back and front photo, so I take all the photos and send them an email. I gamble the money form the withdraw they canceled a bit and make again 2 withdrawals of the amount of 500 euro and 100 euro. After 1 day again I log to see how it’s going and I see again withdrawals are canceled again. I again check for and email from their support all folders spam and etc but nothing again! I go to live chat and the guy says that the support couldn’t send me an email cause of a problem and they rejected my card photo because the name doesn’t match the card.but it’s the same name. I’ ve send them an email again I’ve even provided them and alternative Gmail email but no response again! I have included photos of live chat and my account name and name on card

Problem with Trino casino

I've tried multiple ways to verify they confirmed everything is ok, then cancelled, then said I don't receive email, they asked another address, I've resent, and nothing is done! The support says it's ok and I have no way to get my money. I've attached all relevant conversations proving the misleading of support of the fraud.

Withdrawals pending for 10 days

I am contacting you to request your assistance regarding an issue I am experiencing with Trino Casino.

I created my account at the beginning of April, and my account was fully verified on April 10th. I have successfully completed two withdrawals without any issues, but I am now experiencing a serious issue.

I currently have two pending withdrawals requested on April 17th and April 18th. It has now been over 10 days, and I have still not received my funds. Both withdrawals remain in “pending” status, which I find completely unacceptable.

I am extremely disappointed, as it is not reasonable to wait this long for withdrawals to be processed. I have contacted the casino’s live support multiple times, but I feel like I am not being taken seriously. Each time, I am told that my request will be forwarded, yet there has been no progress.

Additionally, I have already sent an email to their support team and have not received any response.

Please note that I have evidence for all of the above, including transaction records and communication history, which I can provide if required.

I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter and helping me receive my pending withdrawals as soon as possible.

Fully verified. Had deposits/withdrawals, no issue in the past.

This withdrawal has taken 8 days. Keep talking to chat and get nowhere.

Chat just keeps telling me to wait. 8 days is way too much, even with a backlog; there is a limit you should expect players to wait. Had no issues with the casino ever before this.

Askgamblers helped me in the past, so it would be good if they could help mediate again

Delayed payment

3 working (bank) days are passed over and withdrawl is not happening, at list not as it should be. Casino payed cca 1/3 of submitted money and now they are stalling.In whole story there was weekend

And now is 6th day alltogether.

Money is not where it should be. I think that this is done by purpouse to cancle and spend assets before withdraw.

Not sattisfied with whole lot of waithing.

Withholding payments since November 3rd

Good afternoon.

I have 3 withdrawals pending with Trino, €500 from the 3rd, €500 from the 7th & €500 from the 10th, all of November.

I also have €840.39 in the account waiting to be withdrawn (the maximum simultaneous allowed withdrawals is 3)

Meaning the total amount outstanding is €2340.39.

The account is fully verified, and I have had multiple withdrawals previously.

I have followed this up by email with them on a number of occasions, to be told my withdrawal is 'under review'.

No explanation of what the internal review is or why it's being undertaken has been provided.

I have made a formal complaint, yet I was simply fobbed off with 'reviews may take some time' etc.

I have attached screenshots showing all of the above.

I would very much appreciate your assistance with this matter.

I have followed this up by email with them on a number of occasions, only to be fobbed off with 'We're working on your withdrawal' etc.

I have made a formal complaint, yet I have still not received anything.

Withdrawals pending since 25th of August

I have 3 pending withdrawals in this casino, and the oldest was made 8 days ago (25 August), and still nothing!

Their live chat support isent working for like 5-6 days.

And when I emailed them to ask them why my deposit is so late, and that their live chat isn't working, they just copied and pasted an automated message without clarifying anything.

Deposit not credited to account

Hi there.

On 12.08.2025 I made a €300 deposit to Trino Casino using Ethereum, but it has still not been added to my account. I've attached screenshots showing the transaction to my account and the transaction from my wallet.

My payment is pending

My payment has been pending since 04.07.2025,

I have a full VF account,

I was initially told it may take up to 3 banking days, depending on workload!

The last email sent 05.07.2025 to KYC support (the department that handles payment enquiries) has not even been replied to.

I hope someone here can solve this problem as soon as possible!
