Withdrawal marked as ''processed'' but have not been received yet
So 6 days ago i placed a withdrawal request with tiger gaming for $504 in bitcoin. They advertise on their website a 24 hour processing time but i saw somewhere i should have my BTC in no more than 48 hours. On my cashier page this withdrawal request says it has been processed last Monday. It is now Friday and i have not received my BTC. I have sent three emails to tiger gaming, who state they have customer support representatives working 24/7, over the last week and have heard nothing. I check my BTC address was the same as the one i gave them and still i have received nothing. If someone from Tiger Gaming could please respond to this complaint i would be very happy.
