I have had an account with Tiger Gaming for over 2 years.
Over the past few weeks I have built my bankroll to over $24,000 USD and have active long term Sports Wagers with them. I should note that even with this money in my account still makes me a big loser with them. So they are way ahead with me.
On Nov. 27 I had been playing blackjack on the site using my iPad when I was suddenly kicked out during the game at about 4:00 AM MST.
I chatted with someone at Tiger through the app and was told the Poker Client, which houses the Casino application, was experiencing difficulties.
However, several hours later when I tried to login through the Desktop I could not login and a message telling me my account was disabled appeared.
Again I chatted with someone at Tiger and was told my account was under review. No further explanation was given.
And here we are over 4 days later.
I keep being told the account is under review with no timeline for completion.
They have a lot of my money and I have no idea if I will ever get it. It seems they can do whatever the hell they like.
I have attached screenshots of my communication with them and while I don't have a screenshot of the money in my account at the exact moment I was kicked out I do have one from Nov. 23 which shows the amount I had in my account on that date.
I also have a transacript of a conversation with one of their support people again telling me the account is under review without any timeline.

As apparent from the submitter's latest post, the AskGamblers Complaint Team is pleased to announce the case has been resolved and closed.

We thank both parties for their assistance during the complaint process.

This has been resolved.
I am now able to access my account.
However I must say that after not being to login to my account for almost 6 days not once was I contacted by Tiger Gaming about why the account was disabled. Nor did I receive an email that I could again login to the account.
Every time I chatted online I was told "the account is under review."

Not helping me with my gambling problem.
Tiger Gaming is not helping me with my gambling problem. On 30 march 2014 after asking to close my account permanently and never let it be reopened again they wrote me back: "Thank you for contacting TigerGaming. It is unfortunate to see that you would like to have your account closed, However we do respect your decision and your account has now been disabled.". On 26 june I asked for my account to be reopened. They wrote me: "Thank you for contacting customer support. According to our systems you requested to have your account closed on the 30/4/14. In order to have your account re-opened, please provide us with the following details: Full name: Physical Address: Birthdate:" I of course replied with my full name, physical adress and birthdate. On the 29th of june I send them an email with the exact words: "Can u please close my account perminantly due to a gambling addiction.". They wrote me back on june the 30th: "Thank you for contacting TigerGaming. It is unfortunate to see that you would like to have your account closed, However we do respect your decision and your account has now been disabled.". On july the 22nd I asked them to reopen my account. This is what they had to say: "Thank you for contacting us. Please provide us with the following details: Full name: Physical Address: Birthdate: So that we may proceed with re-opening your account." It has been open ever since, and I spend thousands of dollars, although I asked them for the first time on april 29 to close my account and to never reopen it again.
