Tiger Gaming Casino - Deposit not credited
I made a deposit for $500.00 using Interac e-transfer 39 hours ago.
I neglected to add the message provided by Tiger Gaming to the e-transfer.
The deposit was auto deposited.
My account was not credited. A possible complication to this is the email address for my account with Tiger is different than the email address with my bank. So Tiger may have trouble matching the deposit with my account.
I’ve had numerous chat sessions with Tiger Gaming and provided them all the i formation, including screenshots to prove the money was auto deposited by them.
They sent me an email stating:
“ We have reviewed the POP deposit with reference ID: 56205506 has been rejected, the screenshot sent belongs to a diferent deposit.’
This is clearly not correct.
They deposited my $500 in to their bank account yet didn’t credit my gaming account.
