Never had such a quick and easy deposit as my deposit with Super Casino. Great..., i thought.
Unfortunally for me and all other winning players Super Casino has transformed the withdrawal into Rocket science. It doesn't matter how many e-mails or wich document, id, license, statement, bill or picture you send they just won't pay out. The next step in line is they act that you never had a account with them. Well done Super Casino another happy client, that is a customer for life.
Now for real, can somebody explain to me why these guys still exist?
How can we bring these guys down. They should not be able to steal somebody's money ever again. It cost me a €200 deposit and my €1100 winnings. Together €1300. I've send some screenshots along. Thanks everybody, have a nice day!!!

We can confirm that we received the document on the 14th. This was accepted, and the player's withdrawal was processed earlier this morning.

Thanks for the reply Super Casino. This morning i've send another letter of the utility company. I attached the file also to this message (except here i blurred the address and the bankaccount number). Hope to hear from you guys soon.

We have checked the player's account and can see that, as per the emails sent and attached to his complaint, we are still waiting for a document as "proof of address". The player has sent in online copies, which we cannot accept. The player has also sent a bill but with the upper half of the document obscured - we do need to be able to see the whole letter (with company letterhead showing) to be able to accept it. The 2nd screenshot shows a list of documents we can accept. If the player can send one of these, showing the whole letter, then we will be able to accept it. Once this is done the verification will be completed and we can process his payment.
