At the beginning of March I registered in Cherry Gold and took their bonus to play on my first deposit. I had a great time playing Texas Hold'em there and was even lucky to win around 1 200 EUR. Because of the payment limits I had to split my expected payout in three stages. I have verified my identity and soon got paid 500 EUR - it was 17th of March, on the same day I got the email from the casino that the rest of my win has been declined. When I checked my Casino Account - it was empty. I tried to get in touch with the casino and find out what was the issue there. I wrote to casino twice - on the 26th of April and on the 12th of May. I did not get any response from them. As my casino account is empty and my emails went unresponded, i can conclude the casino took my winnings away….
