Wanted to share some bad experience playing in the casino Cherry Gold. I started playing here at the end of July. They had a very appealing welcome bonus for the start. On my fourth deposit I finally won some money here, i won 2 200 EUR. Soon after this my account got locked and, obviously, I could not make the withdrawal of my win. In their email from 14th August they informed me about the ongoing investigation in my account. Since then i heard nothing from the casino, no info on the outcomes of the investigation, nothing, I wrote them about this but got no response and I am wondering what is going on here...
