Around one month ago I've won certain amount of money on Cherry Gold Casino. Once I decided to withdrawal my funds they asked me to complete verification form and card authorisation form which is fine because it was my very first time gambling there. As soon as I've sent them all fully completed forms and prove of ID they're not answering on my emails almost three weeks. I understand that time is consuming to review them but not a three weeks..
