SuperLenny Casino - Not Letting Me Withdraw Winnings

Having issues withdrawing money from SuperLenny - provided all necessary ID they asked for (copy of debit card/council tax/drivers licence) but they emailed me back and said that debit card 'wasn't clear enough' on picture, which is rubbish as same camera used to record drivers licence and utility bill (which they accepted) Having real issues escalating to manager as they say have to wait for an email response?!! Very frustrating!
