Very slow payment


Has been two weeks I've won £240 in this site lucky247 I've gave them all my details and the money hasn't gone into my account this site is very dodgy they are not Beeing true with their costumers. All sites that I've played before have been very quick to give me my money back.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have reviewed the matter thoroughly.

Please be advised that whenever a player makes a withdrawal, our system immediately generates a withdrawal mailer which advises on any outstanding requirements such as documents etc. Upon review of your account, you requested the withdrawal on 2016/03/03 02:58:11 PM
From this time up until the 7th, there was no response to our request for documents which were required in order to make a successful withdrawal. On the 7th March 2016, we emailed you again requesting this and after receiving no feedback, our finance team reversed the funds to your gaming account on the 8th March 2016
On the 9th March 2016, you submitted documents and shortly thereafter, our team confirmed receipt and forwarded these to our verification team for review.

Whilst we do wish we could process players funds much quicker, it is regrettably outside of our control when a player delays sending these documents. After your documents were approved on 11th, you made another withdrawal on the same day after which our team reviewed the withdrawal and began further processing this for you.

We can confirm that as of yesterday, 2016/03/15 10:51:37 AM your funds were processed successfully to card ending 0062. Please allow 2-5 business days for the funds to reflect :)
Please note that going forward, should the casino require any additional documentation from you, please provide these at your earliest convenience to avoid delays.

Will it ever process my payout?
on sat the 27th of may 2017 I made a withdrawal for £1000, this was with real money not bonus's, the time scale was 5 working days, I gave enough time for the weekend and the bank holiday, after reading all these bad reviews I opened online chat on Monday the 5th of June the chat was disconnected 3 times, when I did speak to somebody they said give it until the Tuesday. Tuesday no fund's again, I rang them up on hold 20 minutes put the phone down, I rang back a lady answered who was rude sat laughing at me and stayed quite. I put the phone down and rang back, a man answered who looked in to this for me and said he will get a transaction number. he emailed back saying for some reason the payment had failed??? how does this happen convenient . He said that by the close of business on the tues my funds will be processed. today it wed the 7th of may ive rang again and again on hold 20 minutes no answer just told to ring back by Friday if no money is showing in my bank ive emailed again no reply now when I log in to my account live chat does not connect and there's suddenly no phone number to call them, I am a vip customer with gala mecca and William hill never have I had any issues all winning are paid in a few days. I have read the response off the customer services to some customers on here which are disgraceful, this site needs to be shut down robbing money of there customers!!!! ive got recordings and screen shots and names that will all be sent to head office and the gambling commission and I will write as many reviews on as many sites as I can until I get my money. there's that many unhappy customers maybe all go to watch dog and take them to court
