SpinUp Casino - Withdrawal Cancelled for 'Irregular Play' without any further proof

Disputed casino SpinUp Casino
Reason Declined payment

Basically I made two deposits to this site with the account fully verified and no bonus attached to the deposits. Made a £200 deposit and lost, shortly after made a £400 deposit and managed to win just over double this deposit so I made a withdrawal request of 1123 euros. Make the withdrawl request but they only refund the £400 deposit due to allegedly 'irregular play', not a leg to stand on. Most of the winnings were won through live blackjack. What a scam this site is.

Dear THEONEPUNTER

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

We understand that you have made a complaint regarding the decision made by the Casino and your voided winnings owing to irregular play.

When you create an account at the Casino you are entering into a legally binding contract which means you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions at the Casino.

The Casino also expects all potential players to read all the terms and conditions. Your winnings were voided for breaking the 30% Rule.

16. Betting rules
16.1. You must bet according to the specific rules of the game you are playing.
16.2. We reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses for irregular play.
16.3. "Irregular play" includes, inter alia:
Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit currently in play.

In your case, the deposit in played is deposit ID 70421 of 458.32 EUR.

Therefore, according to the Terms and Conditions of the Casino you are unable to bet more than or equal to 137.49 Euro.

According to your game-play, you made 9 over-bets ranging from 150 Euro to 500 Euro on the games Blackjack and European Roulette - this is the reason why your winnings were voided.

We understand your frustration, however, since you broke the Terms and Conditions, your winnings have been voided.

The finance team has already refunded your non-lost deposit of 458.32 EUR according to the terms and we confirm the deposit was refunded successfully.

We would like to take this opportunity to wish you all the best for the future.

Kind regards

I would also like to note if this was the case my previous deposit of 200 GBP would still be in play then and I didn't get a refund to that.
