Outstanding withdrawal

I've submitted a withdrawal on the 8th december (a sunday) I had all my documents verified on Monday 9th December. I spoke to live chat and was promised that the money (1900 euros) will be sent to my bank by today latest. this is 6 business days. After seeing my money still sat in my account today (the 16th) I messaged on live chat to see what the hold up was and was told the withdrawal has been approved but I have to wait up to 5 more days for it to leave my account, then obviously will need to wait more days for the money to then reach my bank. I asked what the hold up was and wasn't given an answer other then the team are working hard to send the money to me.
I am disappointed that I have had my withdrawal approved and was promised I would be sent the money today and now have to wait longer, the longer I wait the longer it's going to take to get to my account. I am not the complaining type, but feel like I am on a wild goose chase and am not been giving a valid reason as to why they wont send my money today.

I am becoming extremely frustrated with this. Now over two weeks and 8 business days since my withdrawal was approved, I was told last night on live chat that I would probably have it today and still nothing, no response from spinup support to my emails that I've sent. I am actually just asking now to confirm the money has been sent to the right bank, but still not getting answers to even that ... this is very frustrating that I am chasing money that is owed to me before christmas :-(

While I understand the bank system is out of your hands, two weeks is still a really long time to wait, and could have been sped up if the withdrawal process didn't take so long, and I as a customer had to chase my withdrawal Is the money sent through a 3rd party company? or straight from your account to mine? perhaps there maybe a reason as to why the money is being held up, now on two weeks from withdrawal .

Withdrawal STILL Pending
I registered with this site 11th of January 2019. I made Three deposit of £100 so in total £300. I then had a little win and decided to withdraw the money I won the same night. I had emails the next day to send over the documents which I did the very next day I had a phone Verification as well. I was then told nothing else is needed on my part. Thursday, the 16th of January I then received an email saying everything has been approved and I will receive my funds within five working days. I have now in the meantime contacted life support as I still haven’t received my funds. Now they are saying my withdrawal is still in pending and it will be sent when they have finished. I was under the impression everything was okay and I would receive my funds with the email I received but that is not the case. I am getting told false information all the time and I really don’t see what is taking so long. I sent in all my documents and everything they needed for a “speedy withdrawal”and nearly 2 weeks later I’m still waiting. They were quick enough to take my moneyBut getting my money back is another story. If they are saying my payment is still with the financial team why did I get the email a week ago saying I will shortly receive my funds something is not adding up. I will never use this casino again, and I will tell as many people as I can to avoid it as well I’m hoping this complaint Will help to get me my money back. Please nobody use this site it’s a joke

On Friday 26th April I received a promo email from spinup casino. I registered and deposited circa €2000. I eventually got lucky and won €5000 and submitted a deposit. As it was the weekend, the chat service advised I wouldn’t hear back until Monday. I read their verification information and decided to send my documents to ensure there were no delays with my withdrawal.

I waited on Monday 29th April for contact from their finance department but heard nothing. I decided to try log into my account to find it had been blocked.

I emailed support to find out why it had been blocked but not heard anything.

On 30th April I got an email from another part of spinup casino (oversight team) stating I had asked to block my account on one of their partner site so they blocked this site. As spinup had sent me the email to join, I hadn’t realised it was linked to 14red. I accept I had asked 14red to close my account on 16th April.

Spinup casino were happy to let me register and spend €2000 on their site, but because they don’t want to pay out the winnings, they blocked my account. Why did they not stop me registering on their website in the first place. Why not block the account sooner? Why wait until I made a withdrawal? It feels like a scam that they let you register and spend and only when they need to pay you they decide you’re blocked on partner sites.

The oversight team suggested they will refund me €300 as a goodwill gesture. I replied saying at very least I think they should refund me my deposits and void my winnings. No response from them, waiting since 30th. Suspect I will not hear anything from them.

To say they have blocked my account, they are continuing to send me promotional emails to gamble on their site.
