I have been trying to get my withdrawal to my account (900e) since Friday, my account is fully verified but still the money does not move. Or their repatriation is really slow. when I ask about the chat, they say they will check the matter and close the chat after a while. I definitely do not recommend this casino to anyone.

When a document is unclear or cropped, or if a document that was initially requested or expected from you is missing, this is a common cause of delay that could take up to three (3) banking days including weekends. Upon checking, it seemed like you provided your documents last Friday which were verified at the beginning of this week, thus if you did not get an additional email from the relevant department asking for supplementary documents or to re-do the documents, there is a high chance that your winning will be paid out shortly.
