Unfairly cutting my withdrawal

I was offered a 110% Bonus with 40x wager, but after the deposit I got the bonus, but on my profile it says I had to wager it 76x.

I have now won 18k NOK and am done with the 40x wager. I have been in contact with the customer service. But they couldn't change it on their site. Then usually have a 40x bonus + deposit wager, but the bonus promo I got in mail from them only had a 40x wager.

Hi. I would like to submit the following complaint to slotvibe casino. I made several deposits at 09.07.24, everything was good until I decided to deposit 4000 nok. The amount left my bank but was never credited to my gaming account. I contacted live chat, they asked for proof of payment and I provided screenshot. They said they will check about it. The first thing they said is that the transaction failed and the money would return to my bank account within 5 days. If this will not happen they will investigate. It didn't happen. I contacted support again and they responded that they would check it. 14 has passed and I get no answer. It's still under investigation. My patience is over. I can't wait for more than 14 days for my deposit to return to my bank. I kindly ask you to help me with this. I provide a screenshot of the transaction. (because the screenshots I am trying to upload here its not accepted by the system I will forward everything about the communication between me and the casino support in your email so you can see the screenshot. I kindly please you not to reject again my complaint because this time you will have everything you need. This is what one of your colleagues told me is the correct way after I contacted with your support, slotvibe casino is holding my deposit for 15 days now and the support doesn't respond anymore. The live chat responds in automessages only. Here I can upload only the transactions from my bank.

It's been about 3 days since my first withdrawal request.

I withdrew 3,800 CAD and they rejected the withdrawal, citing that I should withdraw using Bank Transfer, and I should upload the bank card used for deposits. I contacted support saying that I deposited via BTC and had not used a bank card in the past six months as they've told me, and because I deposited with BTC, I should withdraw with BTC.

The support contacted the finance team and they asked me to upload a selfie with my ID which I did and it was approved like the rest of the documents.

I requested two withdrawals of 3000 CAD & 1999 CAD, both are in the pending status. Every single time I contact the support, I get nothing, just responses along the lines of please wait our team works in queue order on payments.

So apparently, I was top of the queue when they rejected my withdrawal because they rejected it within an hour or two of requesting it, but my place in the queue is now not even clear, with no timeline, or reason for the delay.

It's been at least two days for one of the withdrawals and 3 days for the other, and they are still not moving beyond the pending status. I am shocked that a casino with this type of reputation on Askgamblers is engaged in this type of practice.

I made withdrawal request on 1st June at 12:31 (CET). After 46 hours my withdrawal is still pending. I contacted live chat but always got the same reply in the sense: please wait for your withdrawal to be approved.

Note: I have my account on Slotvibe fully verified and already made successful withdrawals in the past with the same payment method.

It's been 36 hours since I requested a withdrawal after all documents were approved. My withdrawal is still pending and every time I go to chat to ask about it they give you this indicates that there is absolutely nothing they can do they cannot follow up they cannot help they just ask you to wait. That's the process I went through to verify my account after I requested the withdrawal. I uploaded all general documents and my account was verified. Many hours later my deposit was rejected and I had to ask myself why they asked me for a selfie with ID. It was uploaded and approved

Another many hour later my withdrawal was rejected again. I had to check that myself why and i then was asked to upload another bank statement showing how I purchased my neosurf. I uploaded it and was approved.

Many hours later my withdrawal was rejected AGAIN. I went to chat and found out they needed another statement showing the IBAN which I requested the withdrawal for. Ps: all the above took almost 2 days. They did not ask me for all the above documents at once they asked me all above 1 by 1 in a span of 2 days for an obvious payment delay. They also do not email you what requirements they need. You just need to keep an eye on rejected withdrawals and run after chat to find out the reasons they win many hours by doing that. Finally, after 2 days of waiting, I got myself verified.

Now I have been waiting for another 36 hours and my withdrawal is still pending!!!!!!!!!!! They say fast withdrawals! Where is fast withdrawal where are that fast withdrawals ??? I have 20.000 euro to withdraw with their 7500 euro per week max withdrawal I probably need 2 months to get my money out. They obviously hoping I would play and lost the money.

Chat is not helpful at all they just show you it's impossible for them to help in any way and I just have to keep waiting. This is not dama nv style of withdrawals. This casino doesn't deserve to be a part of dama nv group. I can share photos and screenshots I don't see a place to attach my screenshots

Yesterday, for the first time ever, they answered the mail, wrote that the problem was from CoinsPaid, but in other casinos on the same platform, there are no problems with the withdrawal. And how can you not resolve the issue in 6 days. Although initially they promised to withdraw by the end of the day or at most within 3 days, upon the first withdrawal request.
