4999 CAD withdrawal delayed
It's been about 3 days since my first withdrawal request.
I withdrew 3,800 CAD and they rejected the withdrawal, citing that I should withdraw using Bank Transfer, and I should upload the bank card used for deposits. I contacted support saying that I deposited via BTC and had not used a bank card in the past six months as they've told me, and because I deposited with BTC, I should withdraw with BTC.
The support contacted the finance team and they asked me to upload a selfie with my ID which I did and it was approved like the rest of the documents.
I requested two withdrawals of 3000 CAD & 1999 CAD, both are in the pending status. Every single time I contact the support, I get nothing, just responses along the lines of please wait our team works in queue order on payments.
So apparently, I was top of the queue when they rejected my withdrawal because they rejected it within an hour or two of requesting it, but my place in the queue is now not even clear, with no timeline, or reason for the delay.
It's been at least two days for one of the withdrawals and 3 days for the other, and they are still not moving beyond the pending status. I am shocked that a casino with this type of reputation on Askgamblers is engaged in this type of practice.
