Not closing my account


I no longer play online and have asked multiple times to have my account closed. These requests have been made several times over the past 12 months, and I am always told by the online chat rep that they'll forward my request to another party. However nothing is ever done and I can still login and get mailers, texts and emails that I do not want. AG was a wonderful process for me before, so I hope you can be again!
