I have self excluded myself from this casino for a 6 month period. Contacted them to cancel and they allowed it via email. This is against the law. Reputable Casionos like Trada Casino wont even allow me to contact them after self exclusion. They had no problem in cancellation. After spending about R20 000 at this casino I managed to request a payout of R1000 and R1000. They contacted me telling ne cashout declined bit will work out something to have the cashout done. Never had a problem with Trada Casino regarding any cashouts. This was done with no problem. I logged into my account only to find out that one of my R1000 withdrawls was automatically recall into my casino account. I then played and lost so I recall the other R1000 and lost as well. This I will definitely say is a catch from the casino as they know how gamblers mind is working and they knew I was going to play it back. The RTP is definitely not according to what it is supposed to be. At one stage Ive played R5000 without any free spins on Victorious.

They know why people self exclude themselves and they dont respect the responsible gambling that the are supposed to honour according to their site.

Please this needs to be taken serious as I know what they did was wrong.

I want all deposites made after self exclusion to be paid back to me.

How can they let you deposit almost R20000 and then have a problem with cashout

How can they cancel a self exclusion and still welcome you back. This is not responsible gambling
