Title: King Billy Casino - Account Disabled After Win & Withdrawal Stall

I am filing this complaint regarding a withheld withdrawal and the subsequent disabling of my account at King Billy Casino. My account is fully verified, and I have provided all requested documentation, yet the casino is refusing to process my payment.

Every attempt to resolve this through support has been met with empty platitudes from an agent named "Alice," who repeatedly claims to be "happy to assist" while providing zero actual progress or timelines. Worse, the casino has now disabled my account access and blocked me from live chat, effectively cutting off my ability to advocate for my funds.

- Account Status: Fully Verified
- Issue: Unpaid Winnings / Withdrawal Delay
- Interaction: Support (Alice) provides constant excuses and my account is disabled so I can not use the live chat.

I have followed every rule and met every requirement. There is no legitimate reason for my funds to be withheld or for my account to be restricted.

However as they have disabled my account I can’t actually provide evidence without being able to Login unfortunately
