I had made a deposit of 1002 in King Billy casino on 28 October and till today 1 Nov I haven't got any update. They just emailed me once and asked for utr number which I had provided them earlier also in there chat and when they asked utr number in email I provided them with the number along with my bank statement. And till now no response.
