I had made a deposit of 1002, and the deposit didn't came.

Last time I made a deposit and it came after 8 days. Another deposit and the same problem, and they are telling me a ticket has been created.

If in a casino player gets his every deposit stuck what should he do? You people are giving the money, but the money is stuck for so many days.
