Rockbet Casino not paying me since last 1 month!!

First of all I can say I never found such kind of worst casino like Rockbet casino.After made a account there about 2 months ago they offering me little ndb chips for try their casino.Well,1 month ago I tried to play with their 9e ndb chips and won 180 euro after met all playthrough requirements(75X).I went to support about my withdraw amount 180 euro then they asked me to deposit 25 euro for account verifi­cat­ion.In­stantly I had deposited 25 euro and requested to withdraw amount 205 euro.After that,next day I sent them my passport,utility bll for further verification.One of their staff name Ronnie took my phone verification and told me all is good but I have to make a new withdraw request not more than 54 euro where maximum winning amount is 5X bonus.So I thought I could be withdraw 54 euro plus my deposit 25 euro in-total 79 euro.But they told me I could not get more than 54 euro according to their T&C.I already realized Rockbet casino is a SCAM where their support's behavior is very bad,specially Deniella.When I had seek support to solve my issue,She did very bad behave with me.She told me Rockbet casino dont pays free money,then I told her I met 75x rollover for 9e ndb chip and deposited 25 euro.After that she went away without reply me.Finally,I had requested a withdraw amount only 54 euro 2 weeks ago.Last week Ronnie told me,my withdraw request has been approved on last wednesday thats mean 3 weeks ago from now(Friday,10th May).But I didnt receive my 54 euro from them yet.Please take a proper action about my matter though the amount is very little.I am waiting from last 1 month but got no money,no support assistance,no email reply,absolutely nothing.Atleast they should send me back my deposit amount 25 euro into my Neteller account.I really hate Rockbet casino and their support.

Finally I have received my winnings.The case is solved.Thank you specially to AskGamblers.You guys are really helpful and we should follow yours instruction before deposit into any casino.Cheers!!!!
