Hi Askgamblers,


Requested an withdrawal and sended all documents and they approved. But in The Zig Zag 777 Casino, I can't login anymore. They approved my account and I sended all necessary documents. Now I can not login and they still didn't paid money to my Neteller account. I am still waiting, but even I click on 'forgot password' nothing happens. I can also not find any Live Chat options no more.

Please update me why they doing this, this is really unprofessional behavior.

I will clarify every phrase of yours. So:

Yes, you placed a withdrawal of 1500 EUR of 15th of March. As well as 2 more on the same day which you cancelled yourself, as well as the 1500 EUR one after a few days. Details on that lower.

I see what you want to do here, but we both know that is a false statement. As a matter of fact, you have a opened session with the same IP you played before and from the same device at the moment I write this reply. Please refer to the first screenshot. You also have 3 deposits made this night, fact that proves you still play on our casino. Screenshots of deposits can be also delivered but I think the last login time would be enough. Fact: you can login and you are playing at the moment.

That is true. We received all the documents to verify your identity and your withdrawal was approved. You just had to wait 24 business hours.

Alright, here I will start to explain why you will not receive a withdrawal. Obviously we cannot pay you as you cancelled your withdrawal and played all the money. Screenshots of History of your bets and remaining account balance can be provided in case this is really needed, but I think your conversation with our Live Support would be a more proper proof. Please check screenshot 2.

You told yourself that you cancelled the withdrawal because it was not made in 24 hours. I will explain. A withdrawal is made in under 24 business hours in case your account is verified and approved. Approval of an account takes additional time. We approved it as soon as possible, on the next day after your withdrawal and in just a few hours after you provided your documents. So on 16 of March evening. Our Security Department sent you an email regarding this and then forwarded the withdrawal request to the finance team which received it on 17th of March (Friday) and had to process it till Saturday. As on weekends finance team is not in the office, your request had to be processed on Monday morning. IF you would not cancel it on Sunday and play all the amount.

I have tested the "Forgot Password" feature myself. Works fine. But you don't need it as you play at this moment. Please check my 3rd screenshot in case you cannot find our Live Support. Also all the information on how to find us is opened on AG.

Considering the information and screenshots provided on behalf the Zig Zag 777 Casino management, it is now obvious that player reversed their payment and played it back until the whole amount was lost. Apparently, player somehow forgot to share this crucial piece of information with the AskGamblers Complaints Team, a fact which is considered as a serious violation of AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service /AGCCS/ Terms.

Based on the above, this case is being rejected and player's further access to AGCCS is being restricted.
