Pulsz Casino - Still not paying out my winnings

On 9/5/24 I deposited $19.99 two times to Pulsz.com to purchase Sweeps Coins to be used on their casino website. After playing for a while I won $588. I went to redeem the amount to my bank account and was told I had to first verify by submitting my drivers license and a selfie. I did so. Immediately after that my account under email address < email address removed > was locked. I immediately reached out to get it unlocked. I received no response until 9/12 when I was asked again to submit my drivers license and a picture of me holding my drivers license. I did both.

Then again, silence. Until today. I get an email telling me my account is unlocked. An account with email address < email removed>. This is an old email of mine that my ex husband used without my permission. What they have basically done is open up an old account, that wasn't even legitimate or authorized by me, and have zero'd out all of my $588 winnings. So basically, I can get into an account but my winnings are gone. They basically allowed me to deposit with no problems but it is very clear they never intended to pay out.

And now I'm back to not being able to get ahold of them to resolve the issue. I would like my $588 winnings from my CURRENT and CORRECT account. Not an account my ex husband opened without my permission.
