I’ve played pulsz for a few months now, and I have dead posited over a few thousand dollars. I won twice before and received my redemption request within a few days. My account is fully verified and never had any issues with purchasing packages or receiving redemptions. I won 12,500 and I’ve been asked to verify every card that I’ve had on file or made a purchase with. I’ve provided all information requested of me and I have not received my redemption yet.
My original redemption request of 5000 was 9/13/2022 then 7,500 9/14/2022.
I recently broke down the second request in smaller amounts hoping this would expedite the process. I have received communication from those friendly customer service folks, but no direct information on the reason for the delay.
Please help with getting me a resolution.
